Death on the 24

I admit, I'm hooked on "24" the TV series. But why does everyone keep dying this season?! Especially the innocent people! First, it was Edgar and now the banker guy! Well, a bunch of other people died to, but that doesn't mean I'm not sad about these two. Especially since it wasn't the banker's fault. At least, Edgar knew that working for CTU was highly dangerous, but the banker guy had no idea. I feel sorry for his wife too. :-(
